Particularly suitable for the manufacture of gears, camshafts and components requiring high surface hardness and wear resistance. Stress relieving after quenching and tempering ensures maximum dimensional stability during the nitriding process.
The combination of alloying elements ensures the formation of extremely hard nitrides during treatment, making this material ideal for applications requiring exceptional resistance to surface wear.
